Q. What if my item arrives broken? A. Call us immediately. Save all packaging and the item that has been broken. We will replace it immediately if we have the item in stock. Our track record is wonderful! If we do not have the item in stock, we will get it and ship asap. We ship most items by UPS ground and have had only minimal breakage.
