Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. How do I know my order was received? A. You will get an email confirming your order.

Q. What is the production time? A. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped normally within 5 business days. If the item is not in 
     stock, 7-9 business days.

Q. When will I see my proof?    A. All orders receive free proofs within 2-3 business days.

Q. How much is engraving?      A. Etching is FREE. Etching includes one surface are with logo, text and personalization.
    Additional sides will add $7.50 per area. There will be no hidden costs to our customers.

Q. Can I ship to a different location other than where I live?     A. Of course. Just provide us with both billing address and shipping address.

Q. What do I do when my package isn't delivered as expected? A. Please call us at 651-437-6800 and we will track the progress of your shipment.

Q. Are there any handling and packing fees?    A. Yes there will be a $4.00 charge for packing materials.

Q. What if my item arrives broken? A. Call us immediately. Save all packaging and the item that has been broken. We will replace it immediately if we have the item in stock. Our track record is wonderful! If we do not have the item in stock, we will get it and ship asap. We ship most items by UPS ground and have had only minimal breakage.
