Shipping ,Returns, Terms & Conditions

Shipping Information:

Orders for candles usually ship in 5-7 business days.

 Glass personalized gifts usually ship within one week of when the order is received.

We do rush shipments as well, depending on item number and if product is in stock.

Terms and Conditions:

Refunds and Returns: Candles can be returned if there is no damage to the candles. The customer will pay shipping both ways.

Glass Gifts and crystal awards, trophies, nameplates and all custom etched pieces are not returnable unless we made a mistake,  If for any reason we make an error in the etching, we will ship a new replacement piece out as soon as possible.
We will of course, pay shipping of the replacement piece to customer.
