Orders for candles usually ship in 5-7 business days.
Glass personalized gifts usually ship within one week of when the order is received.
We do rush shipments as well, depending on item number and if product is in stock.
Refunds and Returns:
Candles can be returned if there is no damage to the candles. The customer will pay shipping both ways. Of course, if the candle has been personalized it cannot be returned.
Glass Gifts and crystal awards, trophies, nameplates and all custom etched pieces are not returnable unless we made a mistake, If for any reason we make an error in the etching, we will ship a new replacement piece out as soon as possible.
We will of course, pay shipping of the replacement piece to customer.
DISCLAIMER: If the glass or crystal piece(s) to be etched are supplied by our customer, we are under no obligation to replace or pay for the replacement of that item. We will not replace the piece of glass or crystal if the item has been damaged during the etching process. It rarely happens, but it can happen. Items shipped to us can have sentimental heirloom values, or maybe purchased somewhere else at an expense far greater than the cost of etching. These items are highly respected by us, we do our very best to provide the best etching possible. But, accidents are a part of life, and we only replace items that we supply.
We offer complete privacy to all of our customers. Customers credit card information and shipping information will not be shared with any other party. All information is kept completely confidential.
