 We have had our problems, there is no doubt,

For now I know what family is all about.

As I enter a marriage, a dream come true,

I ask for blessings from both of you.

 You have given me guidance and direction,

I give to you, my love and affection.

You both are a treasure, and I am so glad,

To have you as parents, my Mom and Dad.
